Day to day management and administration are coordinated by the Dean and the Associate Dean.There are four main bodies which deal with more general and important issues.
The Department Committee is comprised of the academic staff of a department and they deal with matters at the department level.
The Representative Committee includes an elected member from each of the eight departments, one elected representative from each university, the Dean and the Associate Dean. The General Academic Staff Committee includes all academic staff members, the Dean and the Associate Dean. The larger issues are decided on here.
Any issue that goes beyond the scope of the UGAS-EU is brought to the Administrative Board which consists of the presidents of all three universities, the administration directors, the deans of the agriculture colleges, and the Dean and Associate Dean of UGAS-EU.
