Please note that it will take more time if the application is made on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, during the Bon Festival, or during the year-end and New Year holidays, or if any of the required documents are incomplete or not filled in, or if there are items to be confirmed.
*Simultaneous issuance is not possible, so please apply well in advance.

We will check the details in advance. There have been many cases that prospective degree applicants have had to re-send the Letter of Consent to their co-author(s) because of mistakes.
